1. Insults and criticism
Insults of any kind are forbidden. Such Posts will be deleted and their authors warned.
Fair criticism is allowed, but it has to be justified in any case. If that is not the case a moderator may edit or remove the post.
Pure arguments will be removed without explanation. If an author shows no understanding, we remain the right to ban him from Lustmap.
2. Deviating Topics
Redlightboard.com is a Red-Light board. Deviating Topics are allowed only if they are at least remotely related to the topic of Red-Light.
3. Illegal content
The Swiss law with the location of Zürich also applies to our Board. Violations lead to a lifetime-ban and will be prosecuted. If a great image damage occurs we will demand compensation.

4. Pornographic content
As the jurisdiction concerning age-checks and youth-protection in the internet is not yet clearly defined, we are forced to forbid links, images and videos with pornographic content.
5. Advertising
The users of this Board may NOT post advertising in any form.
(New offers may be submitted at the respective Lustmap website for free.)
If an operator of a web page publishes a link to his web page anyway, we remain the right to charge our advertising expense.
6. Privacy Policy and personal rights of others
We do not tolerate the publishing of personal data, even if the author claims them to be his own. Also indications that may lead to the exposure of the privacy of another person is not allowed.
7. Minimum age
To register on the board you have to be at least 18 years of age. |
